Owner/Lead Consultant
Kyle has over 20 years of nonprofit experience working in a variety of roles. She currently maintains a portfolio of clients providing a wide variety of services from bookkeeping to financial, project, operational, and HR management. Prior to and in conjunction with founding Launch Operations, she served as Director of Operations and Finance for five different organizations where she built and managed financial and operational systems improving the overall functionality of each organization.
Kyle specializes in quickly getting to know an organization, assessing their individual needs, and creating systems that meet those needs. She does not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach and values understanding the unique needs of each organization. The organizations she has worked for range from the nonprofit startup with an all-volunteer staff to established organizations with 50 plus staff and she understands the distinct advantages and challenges that come with each. -
Staff Accountant
Lee was born and raised in Sun Valley, Idaho before moving to Portland to attend Lewis & Clark College in 2002. After receiving his undergraduate degree, Lee enrolled in Portland State University where he earned a Masters in English Literature with a focus on poetry. He then worked in customer service and sales for many years before transitioning into accounting where his organizational skills and attention to detail were put to good use. Lee enjoys supporting the missions of the many nonprofits he works with at Launch Operations.

Special Projects Manager
With 15 years of experience in childcare administration and a prior role as a general manager in the wholesale sector, Erin embarked on a new career path as the Vice President of Marketing for an automotive report shop and serves as the Special Projects Manager at Launch Operations and Consulting. When she isn’t immersed in her professional responsibilities, Erin enjoys exploring new destinations, indulging in literature, and savoring the occasional beach getaway. Erin’s loyal companion, Sadie, enthusiastically lends a paw in the office, adding an extra touch of warmth to her workspace.

Bookkeeper
Pippa worked as a copywriter and content strategist in the United States and Denmark before transitioning to small business ownership and accounting. She focuses on helping mission-driven organizations keep their finances clear and on track. Pippa has called Portland home since 2020, and in her spare time, is involved in both the city’s gardening and pickleball communities.Item description
