Launch Operations and Consulting provides hands-on consulting that specializes in developing and managing administrative, financial, and internal communication systems. We believe that having a solid operational and financial foundation is essential to the success of both nonprofit and for-profit organizations. We work with each organization to create and implement operational and financial tools that will allow the organization's staff and board to perform at the highest possible level every day and will in turn allow your organization to save valuable time and money.

Budgeting & Finance

We assist with the creation or revision of organizational, program or grant budgets. We work to create systems to track and monitor up to the minute cash flow as well as forecast long term cash flow and sustainability. We also produce organizational financial statements for leadership and/or board members and design, implement, and document sound financial control policies. For new or growing organizations, we can create and/or liaison with the finance committee and board treasurer.

Bookkeeping

We are adept at managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing. We can also set up efficient systems to manage bookkeeping that both maintain financial controls and minimize the administrative burden on staff and leadership.

Operations

At Launch Operations, we create, evaluate, and adapt administrative and internal communication systems for better efficiency and happier staff. We also manage operations such as office space procurement and lease negotiations, setting up and managing vendors, facilitating third party contracts, procuring technology, and ensuring appropriate liability and D&O coverage.  

Human Resources

We create and manage onboarding systems and setup or liaison with third-party payroll and benefit vendors. This includes developing and modifying employee handbooks and managing hire paperwork.
